A six part returning drama series for Channel 4, set in a newly-created multicultural Academy in West Yorkshire. This bold new series will offer a gritty, funny and truthful insight into the daily drama of the teachers, teenagers and families whose lives and cultures collide in a fictional 21st century Northern town. With the modern British family at its heart, the series will explore its glorious dysfunctionality and will provide an authentic account of the very real issues that lie at the heart of its community.
