It must be a parent, legal guardian or registered chaperone taking children to shoots. See WHAT IS A CHAPERONE?

Profile PROFILE: Multiples share a profile, while other singletons/family members or friends have their own, and we will connect the profiles.
First name(s) *	First name(s) of performer(s) (e.g. Eldest & Youngest)
Surname *	Family surname (birth name)
Date of birth *	Performer's birthdate (eldest if multiples born over midnight) dd-Mmm yyyy
Location *	The county/district you live in. Use Ctrl to select a second option.
Username *	Usernames are also links to your profile page. Should be 5-20 letters with numbers (e.g. SurnameTwins78). No spaces or special characters.
Password *	Change to something memorable
Guardian GUARDIAN: Performers UNDER 18 only. IGNORE if performer is 18 or over!
Parent/guardian *	Full name(s) of parent/legal guardian if talent are under 18
Contact CONTACT: Contact details are kept private and only shared with relevant authorities on confirmation of a job.
Email *	Primary email address - one that is checked regularly! (Guardian, first twin, or singleton)
Area code *	Please choose your mobile's Country area code
Mobile *	Omit the leading zero, we'll replace with (0) so it will give us e.g. +44(0)7712345678
Postcode *	E.g. UK format AB12 3CD in CAPITAL LETTERS.
