I am working on the Channel 4 comedy sketch show and we have an item for one of our comedians where we’d be looking for identical twins or triplets! The dates we are looking at for this is 26th & 27th in Media City, Manchester.
They are after middle-aged male twins to play his ‘Uncle Tony’, who would demonstrate one of his inventions, whereby something happens and they switch places quickly. The role would be non-speaking but would involve a little stunt of pretending to get hit in the face and falling backwards, having something ‘impaled’ in them and wearing some dodgy make up. It’s a mix bag of things, but would be great to discuss further.
We can offer £250 for our filming day (27th), and £50 for a short afternoon rehearsal the day before (26th). It might require additional time with our stunt team for practising the fall onto the crash mat, but that’s tbc. Travel and accommodation if required will also be provided.
