What is Casting Networks?

Casting Networks (CN) is an online tool used by Casting Directors to find appropriate actors/models via the briefs they post to its members.

It’s a valuable career tool for the established actors or beginners, and allows you to be searchable by Casting Directors, 24 hours a day. Accounts include: Emailed Project Notices; The ability to send your profile via email to anyone online; A profile in the database searched by Casting Directors; Access to sides for all projects.

We submit our talent automatically when they fit the brief – so you may not hear until you are invited to audition. We’ll add you to our Casting Networks roster if your headshots are professional enough – we’ll inform you if they’re not as we won’t be able to complete your Casting Networks’ profiles without appropriate headshots.

Casting Networks Requirements:

Casting Networks are particular about the headshots they accept and allow our twins to have two free headshots rather than one:

  • they must be professional (or very good)
  • be a good likeness of your natural selves
  • head and shoulders of you together and one each of you separately
  • no smaller than 700-pixels tall or wide

Please email headshot options to admin@tvtwins.uk or upload via Dropbox, as we may be able to edit pics to fit the above requirements and get them uploaded faster! If you’re unsure exactly what we need, please reply so we can help; we don’t want you missing opportunities.

Where do I send Headshots?

Email pics to admin@tvtwins.uk or upload via Dropbox

Do you accept parents or grandparents of twins?

We do!

And siblings or children of twins!

We’re particularly interested in any actors, models, etc. who may be interested in being submitted for castings by us, either on their own or as a family unit.

To qualify, we must have all the relevant info for the twins as it will be their profile with you added on – see examples by clicking on these images.

We are especially interested in Grandparents!

Contact us and we’ll tell you what we need.

Parents or Grandparents of #twins

My twin isn’t as active as me

If one twin is a less active performer than the other, that’s OK. We can still submit one of you for non-twin roles BUT both twins must be registered and visible on the profile.

I have other siblings and my partner acts

We’re happy to include other siblings/partner on your profile if they are interested, as many jobs are looking for real family/relationship combinations! If you have any other performing family members, please add family details. It might be that we can submit you all together for certain jobs!

What are the required heasdshots?

If you don’t have professional (or decent) headshots we won’t be able to submit you for any work at all. If you are serious about this as any sort of career, it’s in your interest to get headshots done.

Requirements

Joint headshot: should be a close-up of siblings heads and shoulders; recent and as near a likeness as possible, i.e. natural.

Single headshots: should be of individual sibling alone; a close-up head and shoulders; recent and as near a likeness as possible, i.e. natural.

Only have individual headshots?

Without a joint headshot, we cannot publish your TV Twins profile. Therefore you will not be visible to production companies and casting directors browsing our website.

Only have joint headshots?

Without individual headshots, we can publish your TV Twins profile but we can’t submit you for work alone (without your twin).
